SUMMARY:Mourne Massif
DESCRIPTION:2024 marks the 70th anniversary of the formation of the Ulster Vespa Club. To mark the occasion\, the UVC will be hosting the Mourne Massif\, a 140 mile tour of the Mourne and Cooley Mountains. The weekend is based in Newcastle\, Co Down and begins with a ‘meet ‘n’ greet’ and registration on Friday evening. The main event will start on the morning of Saturday\, 1st June\, with entrants following a marked course through the stunning local countryside. There will be no marshals or escorts on the run which will allow participants to stop whenever and wherever they wish. Saturday evening there will be a prizegiving and DJs in Hugh McCann’s Bar on Newcastle’s promenade. Sunday will hopefully see a lot of smiles and good memories. This event is open to everyone! Tickets for the weekend are priced at £20 and will be available very shortly. We hope you can join us.
