Fortnightly on a Sunday evening the Membership Secretary exports names and addresses to the mailing company that builds up the packs and posts them out to the membership. They are usually posted on the Wednesday or Thursday to arrive at the members address by the Saturday. Sadly at the moment Royal Mail’s service is patchy in certain areas and this will cause a delay to the pack arriving. Before contacting to ask where your pack is please allow 28 days since joining.
