Q. I CANNOT LOG IN AND I NEED A NEW PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact the Membership Secretary and they will provide you with a new password. Once you have received the new password change your password to something you will remember.

Q. WHY DOES MY ACCOUNT SAY “YOU HAVE NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS”?
All members who yet to renew using the new payment method show this. Once you have renewed and paid all your subscription details, expiry dates etc. will be on show to you.

Q. WHEN IS MY MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL DUE?
There will be an expiry date on the front of your Membership Card. Also with the new system being put in place, you will receive an email 5 days before your membership expires. You’ll also get an email on the expiry day with a link to renew and a follow up email a few days after expiry. If you feel you have not received a reminder email please check not only your inbox but your junk/spam box.

Q. I HAVE MOVED HOUSE – WHO DO I TELL?
You can go into your account on this Website and personally update your address or any other details that might have changed. If your details have not yet been updated onto this New system, you can e-mail membership@vespaclub.uk with your new details.

Q. HOW DO I GET A DATING CERTIFICATE FOR MY VESPA?
Please click on the dating certificate heading and follow the instructions. Please do not send any photos or details to Membership.

Q. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY VESPA CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

Q. I CANNOT PAY ONLINE, CAN I PAY OVER THE PHONE OR USE AN ALTERNATIVE WAY OF PAYING?
Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to accept payment over the phone. You can either send a Cheque or Postal Order made payable to “The Vespa Club of Britain” and send it to – Memberships. 129 East Howe Lane Bournemouth BH10 5JA (You do NOT need to send a SAE.) Or you can contact the Treasurer Laurance Garrard email treasurer@vespaclub.uk to arrange an alternative method of payment. BACS

Q. MY PARTNER WHO IS NOT A MEMBER WANTS TO COME TO A VESPA CLUB OF BRITAIN EVENT, HOW DO I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP TO A “FAMILY MEMBERSHIP” MID TERM.

Q. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF MY VESPA NEWS – WHY?
Firstly make sure that your Membership is up to date, but if that seems okay contact the Editor of Vespa News, Daron Humphreys via e-mail news@vespaclub.uk and he will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent out to you.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY MEMBERSHIP PACK TO ARRIVE?
The Vespa Club of Britain uses an external mailing company to build up and post out the packs. Please allow 28 days for delivery. If after 28 days you have not received your membership pack please email the Membership Secretary. membership@vespaclub.uk

Q. I HAVE LOST MY CARD OR I NEED MY BRANCH COG CHANGING ON MY CARD.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Please contact the Membership Secretary membership@vespaclub.uk and they will arrange a new card for you. All replacement cards cost £3. Payment details will be provided by the Membership Secretary
