Q. MY PAYPAL HAS FAILED WHY?
A. Normally due to bank details not being up to date, i.e new bank card or expiry date passed.
Q. PAYPAL HAS CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION, WHAT CAN I DO?
A. You will need to resubmit your membership form and make a new payment , either via PayPal or by cheque.
Q. WHEN IS MY MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL DUE?
A. There will be an expiry date on the front of your Membership Card.
Also with the new system being put in place, you should receive an email one month before your membership expires.
Q. I HAVE MOVED HOUSE – WHO DO I TELL?
A. You can go into your account on this Website and personally update your address or any other details that might have changed.
If your details have not yet been updated onto this New system, you can e-mail [email protected] with your new details.
Q. HOW DO I GET A DATING CERTIFICATE FOR MY VESPA?
A. Please click on the dating certificate heading and follow the instructions. Please do not send any photos or details to Membership.
Q. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY VESPA CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
A. Please go into your PayPal account, settings and cancel your subscription to the Vespa Club of Britain.
Q. I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CAN I PAY OVER THE PHONE OR USE AN ALTERNATIVE WAY OF PAYING?
A. You can either send a Cheque or Postal Order made payable to “The Vespa Club of Britain” and send it to – Memberships. 129 East Howe Lane Bournemouth BH10 5JA OR contact the Treasurer Laurance Garrard on 07973 856195 to arrange an alternative method of payment.
Q. MY PARTNER WHO IS NOT A MEMBER WANTS TO COME TO A VESPA CLUB OF BRITAIN EVENT, HOW DO I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP TO A “FAMILY MEMBERSHIP” MID TERM.

A. Firstly make sure that your Membership is up to date, but if that seems Okay contact Daron Humphreys via e-mail [email protected] and he will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent out to you.
